I really enjoy my deep tissue massage - its so good I've mad this a regular part of my actively recovery and maintenance. It make a real difference to all the sports i do plus it so enjoyable. Deep tissue massage was amazing . I didn't realise it was a full body massage but was soon at ease . Loved the stretching bits and I could feel the tension being worked out of my back and I needed it !..have already text friends who would love it !
