It was my first massage for a while and my shoulder muscles must have been one big knot. It was a rigorous massage to loosen up my shoulders especially, but my shoulders feel much more flexible and I’ve no hesitation in booking another appointment which I did, for January

I had reflexology for the first time which was very nice, I left feeling lighter and totally relaxed! Anne-marie was very professional and quickly made me feel at ease, I am looking forward to booking in for another pamper soon!
